2.6 First Sample Order

Now we can carry out the first test order. Considering that this is your first time to use it, we can make a small amount of sample order using Maual Orders. The goods are delivered directly to your address and you can experience the entire purchase process yourself. Including, placing orders, payment, logistics, customs, etc. Another important thing is that you can check the quality of the product yourself.

To have a real experience of our platform and build trust for cooperation.

2.6.1 Manual Orders

On the product page, select a product you are interested in and open the product details page. Here you can view pictures, videos and text descriptions of the products.

Select the specifications and quantity of the product and the country of shipment. Click the Add to Order button.

Confirm the specifications of the product and click Next

Set the delivery address, you can select the previously set delivery address. Once set up, select Confirm.

The page will jump to the manual order, now the status of the order is Awaiting Paymen, you can see the price of the product and the shipping price. Click the Pay button to complete the payment.

The status of the order changes to Awaiting Shipping after the payment is completed. Our staff will arrange the delivery.

After the product is Shipped, the status will be updated to Shipped and the tracking number of the Shipment will be provided.

If you’re already tied to a stand-alone store, like Shopify’s or WooCommerce’s. You can also place an Order directly from the store and the order will be synced to our platform under the Order menu. 2.4 Synchronize Products To Your Store

After the store binding is successful, we can try to sync the product to your store.

On the product page, select the product you are interested in. Click Add to Import List and the product will be added to your Import List. So you can sync to your own store later.

Enter the Import List menu, where the product you just selected appears. You can click Add to Store

Click Add to Stroe to sync this product to your store. In the dialog box, select your store name, you may have more than one store, select the store that needs to stock this product.

If you need to modify the price, check Pricing Rule and the ratio set above will be installed to adjust the selling price.

Then choose a shipping destination and logistics route.

Click Add and the product will be synced to your store.

You can log in to your store to view the product information. Click Add to Stroe to sync this product to your store. In the dialog box, select your store name, you may have more than one store, select the store that needs to stock this product.

In the My Products menu, you can see the products you just added.

Check out the Connected menu page, where the products you just added to your store appear.

2.3 Connect Your Store

The next step is to bind your standalone store to the SH Dropshipping system.

If you already have a standalone store, here’s how to link your store to the SHDrop shipping platform.

We currently support two standalone stores, Shopify and WooCommerce. More independent station platforms will be connected in the future.

2.3.1 Connect Shopify Store

Go Add My Store Page. If your store is Shopify, click the Shopify button. Opens Shopify’s app store and installs the Source Here Drop shipping app plugin. This application plugin is completely free. Once installed, your store is tied to SH Dropshipping. You can choose the product and push it into your own store.

2.3.2 Connect WooCommerce Store

If your indie shop is WooCommerce, click the WooCommerce button and a dialog box will appear asking you to fill in some parameters. The Name of the Store Name is your shop, Store URL is your Store’s web site, format is https://www.youstoredomain.com

The Consumer Key and Consumer Secret are required parameters for the REST API interface. You can get it in your WooCommerce admin background.

WooCommerce -> Advanced -> REST API, click “Add Key” button

Description， input “SH Drop shipping”

User， select an admin User

Permissions， select Read/Write

Then, click the Generate Key button.

Here the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret are the parameters we need. You’d better find a place to record them first, because they only appear here once, and you can’t see them again. Fill in the two parameters in the above dialog box, and then Confirm, you have completed the store binding.

2.3.3 Connect Yampi and Cartpanda Store

Yampi and Cartpanda are linked in the same way. Click the button that links Yampi or cartpanda.

A dialog box appears with your store name, Token and Seceret key. These parameters can be found in the menu at the top right corner of your store.

Copy these parameters and be sure to complete the store link.

Select the NUVEMSHOP link from the ADD MY STORE menu.

The Nuvemshop website will open, log in to your store. Then authorize the installation of the application.

After the store is bound, in your store management backend, you can see the Source Here Application

After successful registration, log in with the newly registered account and password. The platform supports many languages, you can choose the language you like. Then, go to the configuration page and set your basic information and parameters.

Fill in your basic information, which will be used to provide good services for you.

Salesman is a salesman who provides service for you. If there is no salesman, you can enter his code(ask salesman to get his code) and bind one.

Set pricing rules that automatically change prices when you select products from the SHDropshipping platform to sync to your store. The modified formula is, store product price = coefficient * product cost price. Of course, the sales price of the store’s products can be manually modified. This is mainly to provide a batch modification convenience.

For example, if SHDropShipping has a pair of shoes with a cost of $10 and a price factor of 3.5, they will sell for $35 when they arrive in your store.

In Shipping Setting, you can create multiple shipping addresses. The delivery address here is used to send you samples or products that you need to buy in bulk. When placing an order manually, you can select the delivery address set here.

To register on the login page, you can choose to register by Email or by mobile number.

The system supports multiple languages, you can choose the language you like.

By default, the mobile phone number is used for registration. Click the sign up link at the bottom of the login page to access the registration page.

Fill in your user name, Moble number. Click Get Verification code, your phone will receive the verification code, then fill in the verification code (verification code is valid for 5 minutes), and set your login password. Click Sign up. You have completed your account registration.

You can also choose to register by Email. On the home page, select Email Login and then Sign up.

Enter your user Name and Email, click to get the verification code, and then you need to log in to your Email account to view the verification code. Fill in the verification code, and login password, then click on the register, you have completed your account registration.
